Weird, red pimples in odd places?

Lately (Within the past week) I've been getting these things on my skin. They look like red pimples (round and raised). I've gotten them randomly spaced on my leg, arms and today, a few on my neck. They just pop up overnight. When I squeezed one to see if it really was a pimple, it oozed a clear liquid. I'm really worried and grossed out. What are they? D=
