Where to go in the Bahamas?

I'm going to the bahamas with my family for 4 days. i know thats not a lot of time, but it's all we have. we'll probably fly into freeport. which area should we stay in? we're not very into cities, and we want more of an outdoorsy, natural place. we would like beaches and possibly mountains. thank you for any help
