Making Your Breasts Bigger?

Okay, I don't have the biggest breasts -- and I don't want them either...but I feel like I have a flat chest. I researched of how to make your breasts bigger and some say "Squeeze your boobs together hard for 30 seconds everyday" or "eat cheese a lot" and also "dont wear a bra often. and massage your boobs" Does any of these tips work? Or are they all bull? And if you have better tips for me...thanks(:
