Hurts to go to the bathroom and pregnant?

This is pretty gross but i'm kinda worried. Well i have ulcerative colitis and i go to the bathroom everyday (number #2) but it hurts really bad like bad stomach cramping and sometimes my stomach muscles contract and like squeeze pretty much. Does this hurt the baby? I try my hardest not to have them crunch like that but sometimes it hurts so bad i have no choice. I'm just paranoid it could squeeze the baby out, i'm 14 weeks pregnant. I did see the dr but he didn't tell me what to do just kinda brushed that aside as in no big deal
