Odd photography client inquiry?

A musician contacted me about having photos done for his CD cover. In the second email he sent after we negotiated a price he said 'private' for the shoot. He wants the shoot to be private or somewhat private. Also suggested outdoorsy Woods setting. It's really freaked me out. So I Googled his email and only got a link to a profile he made in 2008 when he was 39 with no music up. Should I be worried?
