Im freaked out by this. What can I do to help ease the pain?

I am 14 years old, I haven't had sex in 3months so i know im not pregnant. But there is a clear white liquid coming out of my boobs and they hurt. and when i squeeze more comes out. Why is this happening? should I be worried? What should I do to help with the pain?
