He definitely wants a relationship with you, that's for sure! For him to wait for you to be comfortable with having sex and not pressure you is amazing. What a great guy. :) He seems a bit clingy with all the texting, but I think that just translates to how nervous he is about what YOU want from HIM. If he texts you compliments more then saying them to your face, he's probably just shy. Give him some time.
