Guy Trouble (13 year old)?

Hi, I'm 13 and I'm having some guy trouble. I had a boyfriend, but then I broke up with him. All the guys who are asking me out are all desperate players and rude guys who only like me for my looks :( I really like this guy who goes to another school.. Well anyway, thats not the point. There's this guy around the corner who goes to my school thats kind of cute and nice. I walk my dog by his house a lot and I've seen him checking me out. How do I strike up a conversation with him? Also, during the summer, I go to this outdoorsy summer house community thing How should I impress the guys around there? We get around on bikes and its very outdoorsy like we play sports a lot, go into the woods and jump into the water and we break a lot of rules...
